Marketplace Vendor & Non-Profit


  • Arts & Crafts Vendor: These are hand-crafted items, with at least 75% of the product being handmade. (Photos of production required)
  • Retail Vendor: This includes home-based or local businesses that have products to sell ON-SITE at the Festival. (Not Corporate Entities)
  • Non-Profit Vendor: This includes any non-profit or civic organizations who wish to provide a game or craft in the children's area. (Must show proof of 501c3 and cannot just distribute paper materials).
  • Health and Fitness Vendor: This includes any gyms, fitness training, sports activities, health care offices.

Corporate and Political Campaign Vendors

  • Corporate Vendor: This includes businesses that have a product or service that cannot be sold on site. (Informational booths) 
  • Political Campaign Vendor: A political campaign exhibitor is a vendor that plans to participate in a Riverfest 2018 as a method to promote his/her political campaign. Political campaign vendors may give away items, but are not allowed to sell any items or services. Political campaign vendors include elected officials running for election/re-election for school board, city, state, etc. Each booth is limited to ONE issue or candidate. VENDOR FEE: $1,000.00
